Not an ad network. Not a dashboard. A clock with twenty-four hours.

UTC only
The clock uses Coordinated Universal Time. There are 24 separate hours, 0–23. The live face does not switch to your local time.

One hour per claim
Each purchase is for one UTC hour. A buyer may hold more than one hour; every claim is separate. A claim does not cover the whole day.

$7, then $7 more
An open hour is a one-time payment of $7, not a subscription. Taking over an hour costs the amount paid for the current claim plus $7. Example: $7, then $14, then $21.

The dial, then the live face
Once payment is confirmed and the claim is recorded, the approved name and logo — if a logo was supplied — appear on that hour’s dial, even when another hour is live. The listing includes the approved link. When that UTC hour becomes live, its current holder is the face of the clock.

The recorded claim wins
If two buyers pay the same price, the first claim successfully recorded at that price wins. A successful payment does not, by itself, make you the owner. The other payment is eligible for a refund. It is not decided by whichever payment timestamp is earlier unless that is also the claim that was recorded.

History
A successful claim is kept in that hour’s history, including the name, link, logo, amount, and time recorded for that claim. The intention is to keep that record while the site operates. It can still be corrected, hidden, or removed where moderation, a privacy right, or a refund requires it.

First 365
Each brand can earn one permanent place, while numbers remain. If that brand claims another hour, the logo and link go on that hour’s dial, and on the clock face when the hour is live, but the original plaque and number stay. The account or email used to pay does not matter, and a guest purchase follows the same rule. The same person can buy a genuinely different brand, and that brand can earn its own place. If it is not clear whether two purchases are the same brand, the hour is still updated and no new number is given until that purchase is reviewed. A refunded claim loses the place awarded for that claim. The number is left empty. Other brands keep their numbers, and the empty number is not reused.

What may not be listed
Adult content, gambling and betting, and alcohol may not be named, linked, or shown on a claim. A listing that breaks this can be hidden from the dial, the hour page, History, First 365, share images, and the hosted logo. The private record of that action is kept. Restoring a hidden listing is a deliberate admin action, not automatic.

Refunds
A takeover of a listing that was on the dial is not normally a refund. A payment that loses the claim race is eligible for a refund. If a recorded claim’s name and logo are still not on that hour’s dial within 24 hours, email us or use the refund request. Asking does not send the money by itself. If the listing appears late, you can keep it. If a refund is still approved, that claim’s public listing is removed, and any First 365 place awarded for it is withdrawn. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. A processing fee that is not returned may be deducted where the law allows.
